Discipleship Pathway

The following chart illustrates curriculum options for Small Groups.  Have the group take the spiritual journey evaluation to help assess their spiritual maturity, level of commitment and what might be the best "next step" in their spiritual journey.  What is most important is that you continue to observe how the lives of your group members are being transformed into the likeness of Christ and obedience to all that He has commanded.  This is the recommended disciple-making curriculum pathway.  However, if you have other curriculum ideas for your group, first evaluate where it fits within the Detailed Definition of a Disciple, then, with your huddle leader and pastor, answer the following questions: Where is the group at spiritually?  What do I hope to see accomplished in their lives?  What Spiritual steps should they then take next?  Then make the request to insert the curriculum option into the discipleship pathway.  Let's be sure to partner as disciple-making small group leaders to ensure our members are grounded, growing and going!
